Skills and Character Development
At Connect Church, our Upward Flag Football program offers kids in kindergarten through 6th grade a Christ‑centered environment where sports and character go hand in hand.
More than just learning plays and cheers, our athletes grow as “total athletes,” developing mentally, physically, and—most importantly—spiritually. Through fun drills, team-building activities, and lessons on Christlike character, each practice and game becomes an opportunity to strengthen faith, foster friendships, and celebrate God’s love. Join us as we play hard, encourage one another, and point every victory and challenge back to Jesus!

Join us this fall as a coach or referee for Upward Flag Football! This league allows 1st–6th graders to play, learn teamwork, and hear the Gospel in every game. We’re looking for enthusiastic men and women to lead practices, officiate games, and lift our league in prayer.
Don’t worry about experience—we’ll equip you with all the tools and training you need to succeed. Games run September–October 2025.
